What is a workflow?
A workflow is a set of automated tasks that moves specified data between your apps or systems. Each workflow consists of a trigger and one or more actions or tasks. When a workflow runs, it will execute its defined tasks every time the trigger event occurs.
What is a trigger?
A trigger is the first step in a workflow and is the event or condition that starts the workflow.
What is a task?
A task is an action that is successfully completed as part of a workflow automation. A task runs as often as you need and is counted every time a task successfully moves data from one system to another.
How many tasks do I need?
The number of tasks you use depends on the number of workflows you have active, how many actions are part of each workflow, and how frequently they run each month.
What happens if I run out of tasks?
Your workflows will stop running until the next billing cycle. On some plans, you can enable task overages for an extra per task fee. Or you can upgrade your plan to get more tasks immediately.
What is the minimum update time?
The minimum update time refers to how often a single workflow can run. For example, a minimum update time of 2 minutes means that a workflow can only be run once every 2 minutes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment via ACH/bank debit. Additionally, business plan customers may arrange to pay via invoice or wire transfer.
Do you offer any discounts?
Customers that choose to pay annually receive 2 months free.
Startups and qualified non-profits may be eligible for additional discounts. Contact us for more information.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, though we'd hate to see you go. If you decide to cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will no longer be charged and will become inactive. Any active workflows you have will stop running once your account becomes inactive.
